Classroom management

Classroom management is one important aspect of the pedagogic practice due to most of the times teachers who know how to manage the class could guarantee the attention of major part of the students. Even though classroom management is useful, it is difficult to have control over the classes sometimes. From my own experience, encouraging students with the class is not always easy for many different factors. One of those is the lesson plan of the teacher which needs to take some things into consideration such as the warm-up, the activities and the feedback. Also, the number of students that there are in a class, as well as their behavior, are aspects that affect the management of a class.

In order to have good classroom management in class and encourage the students with the activities is necessary for teachers to know what they like and what they want to do in the class. So, in this way is easier to prepare a class that guarantees the attention of the majority of the class because of the fact that activities could be prepared according to the grade in order to be significant for students.
Indeed, there are times in which is literally impossible to catch the attention of the students, or at least it had happened to me in some classes. For this reason, teachers must be ready to control any situation presented in the classroom.
