Week 4

There are many pedagogic practices in teaching, one of those is assessing and giving grades to the students. In this week, all the work was focused on helping the teacher with assessing and passing those grades to the payroll. This week I was accompanying the primary English teacher with 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grades. In this week, there was not anything interesting to do besides grading and being observing the classes of the teacher. While I was in the classroom with the teacher, she asked me for grading some tasks and exercises that students performed in previous classes. 

The idea of working like this with the primary English teacher was to understand the way in which she is flexible with students due to in many items of the workshops, the performance of the students was not very good. Some of them did not even present the assignments. In this case, I would have acted in a different way for the reason that there were many students without the required assignments. The teacher is very soft and flexible for them and I consider that for this reason students get relaxed at the time to be in the English class.

On the other hand, the teacher demanded me to pass by each of the students' seat in order to put a stamp on the notebooks of the students who actually had completed all the grades of the period. Besides this, nothing else was worth.
